Q: I don’t know what facial I need, what should I do?

A: When in doubt always schedule a free virtual consultation. We’ll determine your needs and adjust as needed.

 

Q: Can I schedule my own chemical peel?

A: We do not offer chemical peels to first time clients. It is best to consult with your esthetician first.

 

Q: Do facials include take home products?

A: Products are currently only provided with our Teen Customized Facial. All take home products will need to be purchased separately.

 

Q: Do you provide waxing services to minors?

A: Waxing services are provided to minors with written parental consent, and with a parent present during the service.

 

Q: What if I show up and I booked the wrong facial?

A: We can change the booked facial to the appropriate one at your appointment.

 

Q: What if I have a reaction after my service?

A: In the event of a reaction consult with your esthetician, and/or always call 911 in the event of a life threatened emergency. 

 

Q: How soon should I schedule my return brazilian wax service?

A: 4-5 weeks is when all brazilian/bikini wax services should be completed.

 

Q: Do you provide intimate waxing services to men?

A: We do not provide intimate waxing services to men at this time.
