My name is TaJae’ Carter and I am the proud owner Serenity Esthetixs, a small skincare company with BIG goals based out of Kansas City, Missouri. We strive to provide effective but relaxing skincare services to everyone we encounter! My skincare journey actually started with my own skin! From about the start of puberty to adulthood I struggled to maintain clear, healthy skin which blossomed into me not only wanting to help myself but to help others as well. I have been studying in the sea of knowledge that is skincare for almost two years now and I’m excited to be apart of not only my own journey but yours as well!
•Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE, with one transfer to another appointment allowed if a 24 hour notice is given.
•The grace period for tardies is 15 minutes, once that has passed your appointment is cancelled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
•NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be blocked from booking, and charged 50% of the service booked.
•Please give at least a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.
•A consultation form is required for every service, even for returning clients to ensure safety for everyone. Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early to allow yourself time, so that your consultation form does not cut into your service time.
•Please be mindful of your esthetician. Please allow time to shower before having intimate areas waxed. It makes for a more comfortable service for everyone.
•For my sensitive clients wanting to try waxing services please be aware that as beneficial as removing your hair by waxing is, there is pain involved. The amount of pain endured is specific to each of us as individuals. Please be mindful of your esthetician. This is a timed service, and while we try to cater to your needs, we cannot spend excessive amounts of time on your service due to pain intolerance. Example: A brazilian wax is timed as a one hour service, but your esthetician goes over to two hours because of difficulty waxing due to a clients pain intolerance.
If the service is going over the pre-planned time due to client difficulty it will be stopped at the planned time. A new service will need to be booked if the finishing results were not able to be achieved in the initial service.
